Overview
MK-NAOMI was a joint project between the CIA and the U.S. Army Special Operations Division. Unlike MKUltra, which focused on the mind, MK-NAOMI focused on biological warfare, including the development of lethal toxins and delivery systems for assassinations.
Findings
The program reportedly developed "dart guns" that could fire poison needles that dissolved in the body, leaving no trace. Most records were destroyed in 1973 by order of CIA Director Richard Helms.
